1. Sales and Purchase Agreement

By placing an order with Promotech Group, LLC (“Seller”), you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms govern all purchases made from Promotech Group, LLC and serve as a binding agreement between the buyer (“Customer”) and Promotech Group, LLC.

2. All Sales Final

All sales made through Promotech Group, LLC are final. Once an order has been placed and confirmed, cancellations or changes to the order are not permitted. This includes changes to product specifications, quantities, and shipping details.

3. No Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products and services, Promotech Group, LLC maintains a strict no-return policy. All products sold are non-refundable and non-returnable. We encourage customers to carefully review their orders and product specifications prior to purchase.

4. Order Fulfillment

The typical order fulfillment time is approximately 2 weeks. However, depending on product availability, order complexity, or supplier delays, fulfillment may take longer. If any delays are anticipated, a Promotech Group, LLC sales representative will inform you as soon as possible and provide an updated timeline for your order.

5. FOB Miami

All international purchases made through Promotech Group, LLC are FOB Miami. This means that title and risk of loss for all goods pass to the buyer upon delivery or pickup to the freight carrier in Miami, Florida. Promotech Group, LLC is not responsible for any damage, loss, or delays once the goods are in transit.

6. Payment Policy

Promotech Group, LLC typically requires full prepayment via bank wire for most transactions. However, in certain instances, a down payment may be required to initiate an order, with the remaining balance due before shipment. The specific payment terms for each transaction will be outlined by your sales representative.

Payments can be made by bank wire, ACH, or credit card. Please note that payments made via credit card may be subject to a credit card convenience fee of up to 4%. This fee will be disclosed to the customer at the time of payment processing.

7. Privacy Policy

Promotech Group, LLC respects your privacy and is committed to protecting any personal information shared with us. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your order (e.g., shipping carriers, payment processors) or as required by law. By placing an order with us, you consent to the collection and use of your information for the purposes of processing your order and improving our services.

8. Warranty and Support

Products purchased from Promotech Group, LLC may include manufacturer warranties, if applicable. Promotech Group, LLC is not responsible for providing warranty services directly but will facilitate communication with the manufacturer where possible. Please refer to the manufacturer’s terms for specific warranty details.

9. Liability Limitation

Promotech Group, LLC shall not be held liable for any delays, damages, or losses arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to shipping carrier delays, supply chain disruptions, or acts of nature. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) in question.

10. Order confirmation.

Our order confirmation to you does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. At any time after receipt of your order, we may accept, decline, or place quantity or other limits on your order for any reason. We may impose these limits on a per-person, per-household, per-order, or any other basis. If we reject, limit, or otherwise modify your order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address you provide to us. If we cancel an order or part of an order that we’ve already charged you for, we’ll refund you the full amount of the canceled portion of the order.
